Better Than Yesterday

My name is Alex. I'm 20 and going to college in Orange County studying Fire Technology to become a Firefighter. I Spent the last few years living in San Francisco and going to school there.
I have just been introduced into the world of crossfit and have been doing it since late 2011. I love it!
